Bookings are available Monday-Friday 10am-6pm & Saturdays 9am-10pm.
Saturdays are by appointment only. We cannot offer walk in times on a Saturday.
Please note that passport photos are NOT guaranteed unless they are booked into the diary!
PASSPORT PRICES
£5.00 per person (aged 9 months old & up) - Just printed
£10.00 per person (aged 9 months old & up) - Printed, GOV Checked & Emailed to you
£10.00 per child (aged 0-8 months old) - Just printed
£15.00 per child (aged 0-8 months old) - Printed, GOV Checked & Emailed to you
We have to charge for the GOV checked & emailed photo due
to it taking up to 15 minutes per person including any retakes.
If the photo doesn't pass on the GOV website then we will
do everything to make sure it will pass, even if
this means taking multiple photos & taking more time.
ALL BOOKINGS MUST BE DONE ONLINE THROUGH THE LINK BELOW.
If there is any sort of illness or any sort rash either the day before or on the day of the booking, please call us or go online to reschedule for health & safety reasons. Failure to do so will result in instant cancellation on the day & your session will have to be paid for again.

- TRY NOT TO WEAR WHITE
(it will blend in to the background)
- NO GLASSES
(we will not take the photo with glasses if your photo is for a passport or driving licence)
- NO HOODIES OR HIGH NECK CLOTHES
- NO SCARFS, COATS OR THICK JACKETS/JUMPERS
- NO HAIR TOUCHING YOUR EYEBROWS
(if you have a full fringe you will be asked to move it to the side)
- HAIR ACCESSORIES ARE NOT ALLOWED IN THE PHOTOS
(i.e alicebands, bows, flowers, headbands etc will have to be removed)
- NO DUMMIES OR TOYS IN CHILD PHOTOS
If you are wearing any of the following when you come
in for your appointment, they will be asked to be removed.
DUE TO THE RECENT CHANGES TO THE PASSPORT PHOTO RULES, WE ARE
NO LONGER ALLOWED TO CUT ANY OF THE PASSPORT PHOTOs
UNLESS THEY ARE FOR BLUE BADGE, DRIVING LICENSE.
When making a booking, please be aware that the passport fee will need to be taken upfront!
CAR PARKING for your appointment
We highly recommend you leave in plenty of time its not easy to find a space and the wardens are very savage in Weston super mare, they WILL wait or monitor you.
If you only have a passport session booked, we highly recommend you put more than 20 minutes in the meter, if you're in for a 30 minute portrait we recommend MORE than an hour parking ticket.
This is YOUR OWN responsibility, any appointments that arrive late, may lose time on their session due to having pre-booked appointments scheduled in after your appointment.
